Logging in
Go to rfxcribr-beta.huginninsight.com and sign in with the email and temporary password provided to you.
On your first login, you will be asked to set a new password. Choose something secure (at least 6 characters) and click Update Password. You will then be redirected to the Dashboard.
The Navigation Bar
The navigation bar, located to the left of the screen, includes the different options for each user. For the Beta testing, the only options are "Dashboard" and "My Profile".
The Dashboard
The Dashboard is the default screen for the system. It shows:
Stats cards at the top with a summary of your tenders (total, analyzed, pending).
Your RFP list on the left — all uploaded tenders sorted by most recent.
RFP details on the right — click any tender to view its full analysis.
Uploading a New Tender (RFx)
Click the Upload button in the top header. In the dialog that appears:
Give the tender a title (or it will auto-fill from the file name).
Drag and drop a PDF file or click to browse and select one.
Click Upload to add it.
Your tender will appear in the list with a "New" status.
Analyzing a Tender
Select a tender from the list, then click the "Analyze with AI" button. The AI will extract:
A summary of the tender.
Service requirements — what you must deliver if you win the contract.
Bid requirements — how your proposal must be formatted and submitted.
Key dates — deadlines, briefing sessions, etc.
Eligibility criteria — qualifications you need to meet.
Estimated value and issuing organization, when available.
Analysis typically takes 30–60 seconds. You can re-analyze at any time if you add more documents.
Any issues? Please use the "Feedback" button to complete a short survey to provide your comments on the process and results. Thanks!!
The Analysis is displayed in 4 tabs:
Summary: This tab displays a general view of the analysis results.
The "Summary" section is a high level description of the project scope.
The "Eligibility Criteria" section lists the requirements the buyer has set on the bid and the bidder company. All these criteria must be met or surpassed for the response to be considered compliant.
Service Reqs: This tab includes list of the requirements to be complied by the company when delivering the Scope of Work
The list of requirements is meant to be used as a checklist when preparing the response. The first field can be checked to that effect.
The "eye" icon to the right will display a detailed view of the requirement when clicked.
The Requirement Detail includes the file name, section and page where the requirement was extracted from, as well as a copy of the sentence that originated it. This allows the user to find the precise section of the document to ensure they understand the full context of the requirement.
Bid Reqs: This tab is very similar to the "Service Reqs", but focuses on the formal requirements for the proposal to be sent.
Response Guide: A paragraph explaining how to prepare the bid response
Adding More Files
Each tender can have multiple documents. After creating a tender, click the "Add File" button to attach additional PDFs (e.g., annexures, specifications). When you re-analyze, all attached documents are included.
Checking Compliance
Once a tender has been analyzed, you can check your draft response against its requirements:
Go to the Compliance tab.
Drag and drop your response document(s) — PDF or TXT.
Click Check Compliance.
The AI will compare your response to each service and bid requirement, marking each as Met, Partial, or Missing, with notes explaining the assessment. An overall compliance score is provided.
My Profile
The "My Profile" section includes a section to update the user's name and company, a text box to define additional personal instructions for the AI to use when analyzing RFPs, and a section to update the user password.
For clarity, the additional personal instructions will be executed only if they don't contradict the default analysis parameters.
Finding RFPs/RFQs
Many large private companies post contract opportunities on their own internal systems or through private bidding platforms like Merx (www.merx.com).
The government is a major source of work for small businesses. You can find their open requests (RFPs and RFQs) on these websites:
